Types of premises searched: 650-900 m2.  The ground floor surface should be at least 300 m2. The basement or other floor surfaces should ideally be a square surface.

We're looking, for international companies working in the fast food business and in retail, and, commercial areas ideally situated near main roads or large commercial areas. Best with leases of at least 10 years renewable or rentable land.

Types of land searched: 2,200 to 3,500 m2 and 10,000 m2. Ideally with access from the main road or a roundabout and high visibility from the access road.
